
Senior Analytics Engineer – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) data roadmap to create scalable and robust data products.
• Develop and sustain data pipelines and marts that support company-wide GTM metrics, such as headcount, quota achievement, and pipeline.
• Create dependable dashboards to monitor essential metrics and provide insights across the organization.
• Partner with GTM analyst teams to train and empower them on datasets and data tools.
• Produce documentation and tutorials.
• Operate across the complete analytics stack, from ad hoc analyses and reports to pipeline architecture.
• Construct semantic models and conduct evaluations for AI tools that enable sales operators to query business data using natural language.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools while ensuring clean and maintainable code, models, and documentation.
• Convey complex data concepts through technical specifications, dashboards, and presentations to ensure team alignment on metrics and definitions.
• Report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence as part of a centralized global analytics and data engineering team.
• Over 7 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Extensive expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Familiarity with columnar analytics databases, including Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Profound understanding of Salesforce’s data model and other GTM systems.
• Experience with dbt and Git.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools.
• Experience collaborating with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for data, including semantic models, context management systems, and evaluations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of self-managing projects.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business executives and engineers, effectively bridging the two groups at both individual contributor and senior stakeholder levels.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Direct experience with Hex is a plus, but not mandatory.
