📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and facilitate the digital transformation of the Operations department.

• Articulate complex and sometimes contentious analytics and insights to non-technical business stakeholders using straightforward language, visual aids, and other communication methods.

• Engage in cross-functional initiatives that support supply chain, manufacturing, and quality operations.

• Create new applications and business processes that lay the groundwork for data analytics.

• Make independent decisions regarding methodologies and technologies to achieve higher-level objectives.

• Potentially broaden responsibilities to assist departments beyond Operations.

• Collaborate with the latest AI technologies and acquire new skills through hands-on experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, the biotech industry, supply chain, or manufacturing.

• Proven ability to implement operational business practices and collaborate with related areas to enhance efficiency.

• Fully remote work arrangement from home.

• Experience in full stack development is advantageous.

• Experience with solvers and optimization (LP/MIP) is a bonus.
