This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Execute start-up, commissioning, fault identification, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance tasks for measurement and analyzer systems, including planning, execution, and reporting to customers.
• Offer advanced technical assistance to clients to ensure dependable operation and upkeep of installed equipment.
• Perform site surveys, site inspections, and assessments of the installed base to pinpoint opportunities for upgrades, services, and consulting.
• Carry out field modifications and enhancements either independently or in collaboration with project leadership.
• Provide technical training and support during escalated service issues, especially concerning measurement products.
• Strategically plan and implement Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Annual Maintenance Contracts in line with contractual scopes and conditions.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships and enhance aftermarket service growth.
• Track performance metrics, assess outcomes, and take necessary actions to meet or exceed service KPIs and execution standards.
• Recognize opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, and assist in their implementation.
• Utilize Emerson business processes, tools, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Comply with organizational Health, Safety & Environment policies.
• A degree in an engineering discipline such as instrumentation, electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical experience in providing field service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support in an industrial setting.
• Capability to work autonomously at customer locations while effectively collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.
• Strong dedication to safety, quality, and ethical work standards.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting process control, measurement, or analyzer systems within industrial or energy sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the commissioning and start-up of flow meters, analyzers, or custody transfer systems.
• Preferred: Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple service tasks efficiently.
• Preferred: Experience interacting directly with customers in field-based or service-oriented roles.
