This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and administer the grantmaking review process, which includes monitoring proposals, conducting due diligence, preparing award letters, managing grant agreements, and overseeing grant workflows.
• Facilitate the resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating matters when necessary.
• Create and organize intricate documents utilizing standard office software.
• Collect and summarize data for specialized reports.
• Monitor and approve project expenses while providing training to sponsored project staff on relevant systems and processes.
• Connect sponsored project staff with resources such as credit card procurement and various sponsorship benefits.
• Address administrative challenges in collaboration with internal partners.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage inquiries and requests while engaging in problem-solving for Sponsored Projects.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to operational processes.
• Create and manage Sponsored Projects contracts utilizing RPA templates and systems.
• Refer complex contracts to Grants Management and/or Legal as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, office support, and client service is required.
• Proven experience in project management and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, particularly regarding grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Advanced problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
• Capability to collaborate in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing project-related risks.
• Strong verbal communication skills that are clear and effective.
• Ability to provide technical guidance when necessary.
• Some travel may be necessary.
