Analyst, Skills Training and Competency Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist with conducting needs assessments, developing training, managing logistics, and delivering programs.

• Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills.

• Contribute to quality assurance by leveraging expertise throughout the delivery of products and services.

• Analyze and diagnose issues effectively.

• Offer insights in line with discipline-specific guidelines.

• Create recommendations along with implementation strategies.

• Develop tools, methodologies, and processes.

• Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to guide management decisions.

• Oversee the enforcement of management policies and practices.

• Evaluate risks and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Formulate recommendations and provide advice for implementation.

• Assist in preparing and proposing action plans to resolve issues.

• Create and document methodologies and processes.

• Engage with stakeholders across various fields.

• Offer discipline-specific support to the unit, clients, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered.

• Proficiency in French is required.
