Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, schedules, and terms and conditions.

• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.

• Review Statements of Work and create PIAs/NDAs.

• Oversee proposal and quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages.

• Identify, assess, and conduct due diligence on suppliers; seek alternative suppliers as necessary.

• Perform cost, pricing, and best-value analysis to inform sourcing decisions.

• Manage post-award supplier performance in line with business unit directives.

• Foster supplier engagement to achieve critical program milestones.

• Balance strategic planning with daily tactical execution.

• Collaborate across functions with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is typically required.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

• Experience and knowledge of SAP procurement software tools, including PRISM and APEX.

• Background in purchase order management, documentation, and contract negotiation.

• Experience in supplier negotiations concerning pricing, schedules, and terms and conditions.

• Ability to conduct and understand price analyses and source selection/justification.

• Proficiency in RTX supply chain systems and SAP PRISM purchasing tools.

• Capability to engage with senior management, cross-functional teams, and program leaders.

• Strong communication, time management, adaptability, and leadership presence.

• Ability to make timely decisions, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in negotiating terms and conditions and mentoring others in negotiation techniques.

• U.S. citizenship is required to access information related to the program/contract.
