Analyst, Corporate Banking – Industrials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert financial and statistical analysis for marketing and execution initiatives.

• Perform research and continuous analysis.

• Create supporting documentation.

• Aid in due diligence processes for transactions.

• Collaborate in small deal teams on a diverse array of transactions.

• Research, assess, market, and structure transactions from the initial client engagement to closing.

• Operate under the guidance of a senior officer.

• Evaluate clients’ financial conditions, industry, and market data to pinpoint product-specific opportunities.

• Assist in the valuation of both private and public companies.

• Execute advanced financial modeling using Excel.

• Contribute to both external client proposals and internal underwriting memorandums.

• Help in crafting client presentations.

• Uphold the confidentiality of client information.

• Comply with Bank policies and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics is mandatory.

• Series 79 and 63 certifications; must be able to obtain after employment.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• A strong interest and/or previous academic or work experience in finance is highly preferred.

• Strong academic track record.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player and engage with all organizational levels.

• Practical approach to problem-solving.

• Strong eagerness to learn.

• Initiative, integrity, and creativity are essential.
