This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
β’ Accurately and punctually complete both scheduled and urgent benefit additions, terminations, and adjustments.
β’ Keep abreast of the adjudication system screens and functionalities to create both standard and customized configurations.
β’ Implement benefit design and configuration standards in alignment with HIPAA, NCPDP, and Navitus guidelines.
β’ Conduct quality assurance peer reviews and participate in root cause analysis efforts.
β’ Utilize workflow management, issue resolution, and reporting tools to troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries.
β’ Assist in client meetings, audits, and the rollout of new programs.
β’ Address inquiries regarding benefit setup and offer guidance on the benefit configuration process.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both legacy and emerging products and systems.
β’ Evaluate business requirements and engage in process enhancement, cost reduction, and automation initiatives.
β’ Keep training materials, work instructions, and policies updated.
β’ Execute system enhancement and regression testing for benefit configuration processes.
β’ Contribute to training efforts and mentor members of the benefit configuration team.
β’ Support compliance as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
β’ Occasionally work after hours and/or on weekends depending on workload demands.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ An associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
β’ Basic experience and/or training to start acquiring skills, systems, and processes related to the role, with the capacity to perform tasks under close supervision.
β’ Fundamental experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
β’ Actively participate in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.
β’ Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
β’ Must reside in one of the states approved for remote work: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, or Wisconsin.
