Analysis & Simulation Engineering Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Execute fundamental engineering tasks to support mining equipment.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team on initiatives specified in the personalized intern training program.

• Work autonomously as well as collaboratively with Engineers, Designers, and production staff.

• Participate in various ad hoc projects.

• Travel to customer or supplier locations as part of certain training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in good academic standing.

• Completed 60 credit hours towards a relevant Engineering Bachelor's degree.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20% to customer or supplier locations.

• Capability to obtain and maintain mine certifications or safety training, including MSHA hazard training.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Proficiency in Python and Machine Learning is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
