Analista Sr de Comisiones – Manejo de Python, Excel avanzado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop the automation for analysis, verification, alert generation, calculation, and settlement of commissions for the commercial advisory team across LATAM.

• Automate the commission calculation process.

• Create early warning dashboards for commercial offer calculations.

• Analyze billing data, credit notes, and cancellations.

• Receive and cleanse data to ensure accurate commission settlements.

• Verify commission settlements at the LATAM level.

• Plan and provide information by agreed dates, delivering tangible and measurable MVPs.

• Manage issues related to commissions and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team.

• Plan the delivery of commission reports.

• Interpret, communicate, and present the findings from the data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in commission settlement, bonuses, and metric calculations.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of Python, Visual Basic, data visualization tools, and AI.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• University degree / Professional Career.
