This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct product and API certifications and integrations available for our associates, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality and functionality.

• Collaborate with the Business Manager to understand the needs of the associates and assist in identifying business opportunities related to technological integrations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to associates and their developers during the integration process, ensuring a smooth and effective experience concerning API-related products and file submissions.

• Work closely with the Development and Product teams to relay feedback from associates and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.

• Actively seek ongoing opportunities for enhancements in team processes and workflows.

• Offer support through communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp) in a clear and friendly manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's degree in technology, Administration, or related fields.

• A postgraduate degree/specialization, preferably in a technology and relationship context, is an advantage.

• Previous experience in customer service is desirable.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Expertise in multichannel communication with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive and assertive attitude - ability to take responsibility and seek solutions independently.

• Familiarity with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) is a plus.

• Knowledge of bank remittance files would be an advantage.
