AMS Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding daily operations related to Proalpha.

• Facilitate effective communication, dependable follow-ups, and strong customer relationships.

• Manage service requests while monitoring response times, processing status, and resource allocation.

• Maintain oversight of agreed service level agreements.

• Coordinate requirements, priorities, and subsequent actions with users, key users, IT managers, and internal teams.

• Analyze Proalpha usage to pinpoint expansion opportunities.

• Collaborate with experts to launch initiatives, services, and projects that enhance customer value.

• Proactively identify risks and developmental opportunities.

• Work alongside customers and internal specialists to further develop the system landscape and service organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT or business administration.

• Significant experience in ERP consulting or support for ERP, MES, or complex IT systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of processes within the mid-sized manufacturing industry.

• Strong methodological expertise in project management, presentations, and facilitation.

• Exceptional communication, service orientation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Self-reliant, proactive work approach.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English for effective communication in an international setting.
