Amazon Marketplace Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Full accountability for the Amazon channel along with its strategic and operational growth.

• Enhance listings and Amazon SEO—including keyword research, titles, bullet points, and A+ Content.

• Independently oversee and refine Amazon PPC, encompassing campaigns, budgets, and bid management.

• Evaluate pertinent KPIs and performance metrics to formulate actionable strategies that boost revenue, conversion, and profitability.

• Continuously improve the product assortment, pricing structures, and product launches based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and performance indicators.

• Manage daily Amazon operations through Seller Central.

• Collaborate with various internal teams, such as Graphic Design, Marketing, Production, and Purchasing.

• Work closely with the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical operational experience with Amazon Seller Central.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, including the ability to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns independently.

• Proven experience managing a relevant Amazon account comprehensively, preferably with revenue in the millions.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, listings, keywords, and key performance indicators such as ACOS, TACOS, and conversion rate.

• A hands-on approach: you aspire to take operational ownership of an Amazon channel rather than focus solely on strategic aspects.

• Native-level proficiency in German, especially for independently creating and optimizing listings in the German language.
