Alliance Investment Manager – Assistant Director, Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the alliance teams interested in engaging in investment programs

• Oversee the approval process across GCO, Independence, and Alliance Leadership

• Supervise the execution of investment programs in line with EY Policy

• Collaborate with regions and countries to leverage existing programs

• Ensure that appropriate contracts and financial mechanisms are established to receive and utilize funds

• Manage GDS resources that provide reporting and transaction-level assistance

• Maintain the Ecosystem Tool with accuracy and current information

• Work with Independence on compliance reviews at the transaction level

• Advocate for the advantages of investment programs to promote their proper utilization throughout EY

• Develop new programs and expand existing ones into new countries and regions

• Track approved program activities to mitigate associated risks

• Coordinate virtually with global team members and travel as necessary

• Proficient in managing various activities related to contract management, financial oversight, governance, and operational support

• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities

• Highly organized individual

• Experience in alliance management or consulting services within a technology or professional services organization

• Familiarity with alliance investment or incentive programs

• Strong networking and influence-management abilities

• Capacity to drive actions towards outcomes across organizational boundaries

• Highly credible communicator

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Basic knowledge of the technology and business advantages of alliance and ecosystem partnerships

• Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and obstacles

• Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership

• Capability to multitask across various projects

• Adaptable when interacting with diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles
