This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary technical liaison among the customer, implementation partner, Adobe Customer Success, and Product Engineering.
β’ Offer hands-on technical guidance for intricate AJO implementations, migrations, integrations, and production rollouts.
β’ Assess and comprehend AJO/AEP architecture and data design, which includes schemas, datasets, identities, profiles, events, audiences, journeys, channels, and integrations.
β’ Diagnose complicated technical challenges utilizing logs, diagnostics, API requests and responses, payloads, configuration, and various technical artifacts.
β’ Collaborate directly with Product Engineering to explore issues, understand outcomes, validate behaviors, and translate Engineering recommendations into actionable steps.
β’ Manage end-to-end integration, testing, debugging, and production validation across Adobe, customer, partner, and third-party systems.
β’ Recognize technical risks, edge cases, integration dependencies, and potential failure scenarios before they escalate into production issues.
β’ Guide customers and partners through complex environment adjustments, upgrades, feature rollouts, and stabilization processes.
β’ Navigate technical critical issues and escalations while ensuring clear ownership, communication, and follow-through among teams.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with technical and executive stakeholders and engage in customer check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
β’ Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations; this is essential and non-negotiable.
β’ Minimum of seven years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, architecture, engineering, or a similar technical position.
β’ Capability to investigate intricate technical issues utilizing logs, diagnostics, APIs, payloads, and other technical evidence.
β’ Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and/or customer and partner technical teams on implementation, integration, or production challenges.
β’ Ability to articulate technical findings clearly to engineers as well as business or executive stakeholders.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform concepts such as schemas, datasets, identity, profiles, and events is advantageous.
