📋 Description

• Create and implement automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for attendance monitoring, staffing charts, and performance-driven KPIs.

• Review and troubleshoot current workflows to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to pinpoint manual bottlenecks and develop scalable automation solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, databases, and automation logic.

• Provide training and technical support to internal team members transitioning to automated systems.

• Keep abreast of automation trends, features, and third-party integrations to enhance company operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in designing and managing ecosystems utilizing Airtable and Zapier.

• Comprehensive understanding of relational databases, intricate automation logic, and optimization of business processes.

• Strong technical problem-solving abilities with a history of independently resolving complex workflow or integration issues.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to convert operational requirements into technical workflows.
