This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform market research, property evaluations, and manage market RFPs for crew accommodations.
• Negotiate terms and rates for crew, DPAX, URA hotels, and transportation services.
• Complete the contracting process for DPAX hotels, transportation, and URAs.
• Monitor market trends for price fluctuations and identify risks and opportunities.
• Become an expert in the hotel market within the designated region.
• Create pricing comparisons and conduct analyses to present final options for hotels and transportation.
• Generate market intelligence reports for smaller cities.
• Identify potential savings and revenue opportunities in various markets.
• Evaluate hotels and transportation vendors based on client specifications.
• Prepare, present, and deliver necessary documentation and reports.
• Engage in product development by providing feedback and user insights.
• Understand the operational and accommodation needs of clients.
• Build strong relationships with hotel and transportation providers.
• Follow up with Account Management until the business arrangement is finalized.
• Complete and negotiate Fee Agreements as required and according to client needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel brands and management companies.
• Travel and conduct hotel site inspections as required.
• Report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and collaborate with various teams and departments.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of both the Aviation and Hospitality sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to build partnerships and alliances.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Solid financial understanding and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to adapt to new platforms and tools quickly.
• Based in the UK.
• Willingness to travel and conduct hotel site visits as required.
