This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform market research, property evaluations, and prepare market RFPs tailored to each client's requirements for crew accommodations.
• Negotiate terms and pricing for crew, DPAX, and URA hotels and transportation services.
• Finalize the contracting process for DPAX hotels and transport, as well as URAs.
• Track market trends for price fluctuations and report risks and opportunities.
• Create pricing comparisons and conduct analyses to propose the best hotel and transport options.
• Generate market intelligence reports for smaller cities.
• Recognize savings and revenue opportunities within markets.
• Assess hotels and transportation vendors based on client specifications.
• Prepare, present, and deliver all required outputs.
• Engage in product development by providing feedback and user insights.
• Grasp client operations and accommodation needs.
• Build relationships with hotel and transport vendors.
• Coordinate with Account Management until the business is finalized.
• Negotiate and finalize fee agreements as required and per client requests.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel brands and management companies.
• Travel and conduct hotel site inspections as assigned.
• Report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of both the Aviation and Hospitality sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to forming partnerships and alliances.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• High financial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.
• Capability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
