Airline Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Perform market research, analyze properties, and manage market RFPs for crew accommodations.

• Negotiate terms and rates for RFPs related to crew, DPAX, URA hotels, and transportation.

• Finalize contracts for DPAX hotels, transportation, and URAs.

• Monitor market trends for price adjustments and highlight risks and opportunities.

• Create pricing comparisons and evaluate final hotel and transport options.

• Write market intelligence reports for smaller urban areas.

• Identify potential savings and revenue opportunities in various markets.

• Assess hotels and transport vendors based on client specifications.

• Prepare, present, and deliver necessary documentation.

• Engage in product development by providing feedback and user insights.

• Comprehend clients’ operations and accommodation needs.

• Build relationships with hotel and transportation vendors.

• Follow up with Account Management until business arrangements are finalized.

• Draft and negotiate Fee Agreements as required.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel brands and management firms.

• Travel for hotel site inspections as assigned.

• Report to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and collaborate with various teams and departments.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to forge partnerships and alliances.

• Outstanding time management, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Strong financial insight and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient computer skills, with advanced capabilities in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.

• Capability to learn new software and tools.

• Must be based in Spain.

• Willingness to travel and conduct hotel site visits as required.

• Background checks including employment references, identity verification, criminal record checks, financial or sanctions screening, and other pre-employment screenings may be necessary.
