Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and improve property listings by optimizing photos, descriptions, and SEO.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue generation.

• Handle booking management and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing property management.

• Operate the business through the ALB platform.

• Potentially recruit City Managers via the referral program.
