Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel

• Develop and refine property listings, which include images, descriptions, and search engine optimization

• Execute yield management strategies through dynamic pricing techniques

• Handle bookings and foster positive guest relations

• Address inquiries and manage check-ins along with dispute resolution

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays

• Seek out new property owners who are interested in delegating the management of their assets

• Operate the business utilizing the ALB platform

• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions based on their performance

• Ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant industries is advantageous

• Driven and motivated

• Self-sufficient as a self-employed professional while benefiting from a structured network
