Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine property listings, which include photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relationships.

• Address communications, oversee check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners for collaboration.

• Track owner inquiries in the region and oversee operations via the ALB platform.

• Build and expand a portfolio of managed properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers via the referral program.

• Must hold self-employed status.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Self-motivated and autonomous in work ethic.

• Keen interest in developing a sustainable long-term income stream.

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is appreciated but not mandatory.
