Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties on short-term rental websites (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo)

• Develop and refine listings on these platforms (including photos, descriptions, and SEO)

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue for each property

• Handle reservations and guest communications (including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution)

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays

• Identify and engage new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish a trusting relationship with them

• Background in real estate, sales, or a different sector is acceptable

• Strong motivation and drive

• The independence characteristic of a self-employed individual, supported by a structured network

• Employment status: Self-employed / Independent contractor

• Extensive training will be provided
