Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and refine property listings, focusing on images, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

• Handle bookings and cultivate guest relationships.

• Manage communications, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Operate the business using the ALB platform.

• If applicable, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship to earn a commission based on their performance.
