AI Tutor – Slovenian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Train and enhance Grok for voice interactions, auditory recognition, and audio experiences across various languages, accents, and cultural contexts.

• Utilize proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio initiatives.

• Translate and adapt UI content, prompts, responses, and other written materials from English to Slovenian.

• Assemble high-quality audio data that captures linguistic and prosodic features such as intonation, rhythm, and accent.

• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance speech modulation, accent diversity, and processing of noisy recordings in multiple languages.

• Optimize annotation tools to improve the efficiency of audio workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Slovenian with familiarity in various accents, dialects, or regional variations.

• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.

• Clear and natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suitable for audio recordings.

• Strong auditory skills to discern speech, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality.

• Capability to manage multilingual audio content and assess speech accuracy, cultural vocal nuances, and context.

• Proficient in accurately transcribing audio across different accents and varying audio quality.

• Skilled in translating and localizing text accurately between English and Slovenian.

• Comfortable providing high-quality voice recordings and constructive feedback on audio samples in multiple languages.

• Strong comprehension and independent judgment in interpreting ambiguous, noisy, or accented speech.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational abilities.

• Dedicated to developing advanced multilingual audio AI capabilities.

• Personal computer must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later if working from a personal device.

• Must fulfill legal eligibility criteria; visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation processes, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization workflows, or professional voice work.
