AI Transformation Office Lead

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the AI transformation office at JLLT.

• Collaborate with global business lines to identify, shape, and implement their AI initiatives.

• Launch and manage the Rewire function, defining engagement, prioritization, and delivery governance.

• Develop and sustain the opportunity pipeline, quantifying benefit cases and sequencing work based on value and feasibility.

• Oversee the Strategy and Design as well as Automation and AI pillars.

• Take ownership of benefit realization and monitor committed savings from identification through to delivery.

• Facilitate and manage the extended delivery model, integrating internal capabilities and external service providers.

• Guide the transformation team PMO and project management resources.

• Serve as a senior counterpart to business line leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Integrate AI agents within the Rewire delivery team as a functional capability.

• Advocate for JLLT's AI transformation agenda internally and with partners and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience leading large-scale business transformations, with a proven track record of delivering financial benefits at the enterprise level.

• Experience in offshoring or platforming, having transitioned work or processes onto a shared or productized model.

• Demonstrated success in implementing AI or technology solutions within an operational business environment.

• Proficient in fast and agile work methodologies, comfortable working with incomplete information and iterating towards outcomes.

• Strong executive stakeholder management skills, credible with business line leadership, and capable of influencing without direct authority.

• Commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to construct and defend a business case and support the associated metrics.

• Capability to work directly with AI agents and integrate them into a delivery team.

• Background in consulting, strategy, or transformation practices is preferred.

• Experience in real estate services or a comparable global services organization is preferred.

• Previous experience leading matrixed and vendor-blended delivery teams is preferred.
