This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Conduct engaging live online group sessions that link AI strategy and leadership concepts with practical executive and organizational experience.
• Lead regular online drop-in sessions concentrating on real-world AI applications, strategic decision-making, governance, and learner assignments.
• Evaluate approximately 20 to 50 assignments per course, providing clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Facilitate discussions within an online learning community by sharing resources, examples, insights, and responding to participant inquiries.
• Offer ad hoc one-on-one mentoring sessions for participants requiring extra support.
• Participate in selected industry panel discussions, contributing senior-level insights on AI strategy, leadership, governance, investment, and implementation.
• Establish expectations regarding workload, assignment deadlines, learning activities, and resources.
• Monitor participant engagement and identify areas that may require additional support or intervention.
• Collaborate with delivery and participant-support colleagues to communicate progress, challenges, and learner needs.
• Provide support to a senior participant cohort through constructive discussions, appropriate challenges, and evidence-based strategic thinking.
• Proven senior leadership experience with direct accountability for AI strategy, investment, implementation, digital transformation, data strategy, or related organizational decision-making.
• Experience functioning at executive, general management, functional leadership, senior advisory, or equivalent level.
• Familiarity with the Australian regulatory and governance framework relevant to artificial intelligence.
• Understanding of Australian privacy reforms, the Voluntary AI Safety Standard, and the expectations set by relevant Australian regulatory bodies.
• Practical fluency with current generative AI tools and the competence to assess and direct their application without reliance on a single technology vendor.
• Proven ability to engage confidently with senior, experienced, and time-constrained participants while constructively challenging ideas and assumptions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to support a diverse group of senior professionals.
• Previous experience in facilitation, executive education, teaching, coaching, mentoring, or professional development.
• Outstanding organizational, time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Flexible and pragmatic problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt facilitation to participant needs and evolving discussions.
