This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Participate in text-based dialogues with the model.

• Assess the accuracy and fluency of model responses.

• Annotate linguistic structures.

• Evaluate comprehension using various Chinese language inputs.

• Recommend enhancements to prompts and evaluation techniques.

• Test sophisticated AI models with linguistic challenges, cultural nuances, translation ambiguities, and variations in phrasing.

• Record model shortcomings and provide clear and precise guidance for improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a fluent speaker of Chinese.

• Should grasp the subtleties of grammar, usage, spelling, tone, and cultural context in both formal and informal Chinese.

• A background in linguistics, translation, writing, localization, or teaching is preferred.

• Experience in Chinese language instruction, editing, or quality assurance is a strong indicator of suitability.

• Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful approach to language—articulating not only what is correct but also the reasoning behind it—are crucial.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• The final offer amount may be influenced by geographic location.
