This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide business, product, and technology teams through the ideation process for AI and agentic automation opportunities by framing use cases, value hypotheses, feasibility, and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate the exploration of emerging AI technologies, tools, and patterns in both enterprise and product scenarios.
• Lead experimentation and rapid prototyping efforts to validate concepts, minimize uncertainty, and enhance learning.
• Create proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for AI-driven workflows, copilots, and agentic automation solutions.
• Shape enterprise and product AI strategy by leveraging insights from experimentation, identifying patterns, and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to develop scalable implementation plans and adoption strategies.
• Help establish standards, reusable patterns, and guidelines for responsible AI and agentic solution design.
• Provide internal counsel on AI trends, trade-offs, and emerging capabilities.
• Foster organizational confidence and fluency in AI technologies.
• Standardize AI tools and methodologies across teams while encouraging valuable innovation.
• Contribute to thought leadership in support of Elite’s long-term AI vision.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Over 9 years of substantial experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data platforms, solution architecture, or similar technical roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.
• Experience with Generative AI, including large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval patterns, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Capability to quickly explore new technologies, build prototypes, and transform ambiguous concepts into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through technical discovery, use case development, experimentation, and early-stage implementation planning.
• Strong understanding of copilots, multi-step orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation methodologies, and human-in-the-loop design principles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and strategic direction through effective communication, technical judgment, and practical insights.
• Experience balancing innovation with responsible AI practices, including data governance, security, compliance, and operational feasibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–25% as business needs arise.
• Primarily sedentary role, involving desk and computer work.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
