AI Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop frameworks for AI strategy and identify potential AI use cases.

• Establish target operating models for the Agentic AI Center of Excellence.

• Carry out assessments of AI maturity and formulate prioritized transformation roadmaps, including business-case mapping.

• Discover opportunities for process automation through Agentic AI and establish measurable success criteria.

• Engage in GenAI/Agentic AI accelerators and proofs of concept to support pre-sales and business development efforts.

• Set standards for AI observability, ensuring decision traceability, hallucination control, and data lineage.

• Identify, evaluate, and address client business challenges using data-driven methods to formulate strategies for AI adoption.

• Oversee or assist in the comprehensive delivery of AI use cases, from discovery workshops to execution for clients and senior management.

• Support or lead the development of RFP/RFI opportunities, proposal writing, pricing, and presentations related to use cases.

• Provide guidance to IT and business stakeholders regarding the evolution of the data stack and strategic investment in the Agentic AI domain.

• Act as a liaison for global master data management, collaborating with cross-functional and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in building AI strategy frameworks, defining use cases, creating Agentic AI COE target operating models, conducting assessments, and developing roadmaps.

• At least 10–15+ years of demonstrated experience in techno-functional pre-sales, solution design, and business development, with 8+ years focusing on AI-related strategic initiatives.

• Expertise in AI strategy consulting, encompassing AI advisory, identification of GenAI/Agentic AI use cases, AI maturity assessment frameworks, operating models for AI COE, product roadmaps, and functional readiness documents.

• Moderate understanding of frameworks for data governance, principles of data quality, and concepts of master data management.

• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong skills in presentation and proposal development for sales opportunities.

• Intermediate to strong functional knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI, enterprise LLM applications, RAG concepts, and agentic AI workflows.

• Working knowledge of the architecture, risk, and governance associated with Agentic AI.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to articulate business value to senior stakeholders.

• Capacity to engage with operational and technical leaders on the creation of AI value within specific domains.

• Experience in conducting extensive secondary market research and producing assets, such as points of view and thought leadership materials.

• Strong analytical skills for managing unstructured datasets.

• Proven track record in manipulating, processing, and extracting insights from large, disparate datasets.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, healthcare, or retail is a plus.

• A Tier 1/2 MBA is preferred.
