AI Solutions Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead client-facing AI projects and work in collaboration with the internal core team to design, assess, and enhance AI platforms, models, and shared tools.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Create scalable AI solutions, intelligent workflows, and low-code applications.

• Provide clear build specifications to engineering teams.

• Take ownership of the technical direction for AI agent platforms, copilot solutions, and matching/analysis capabilities.

• Assess vector search/RAG, structured LLM reasoning, and custom orchestration strategies.

• Perform feasibility, risk, and value assessments for prototypes, proofs of concept, and custom AI architectures.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.

• Establish human-in-the-loop review processes and production approval gates.

• Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, and acceptance criteria for LLM output quality, accuracy, reliability, security, and cost.

• Set implementation standards and maintain libraries of reusable components.

• Collaborate closely with engineers on complex AI codebase decisions.

• Define adoption targets, monitor usage data, and lead workshops, demonstrations, and office hours.

• Offer high-level technical guidance across client projects and internal teams.

• Prioritize the backlog bi-weekly with Product Owners and manage change requests.

• Monitor Microsoft, Salesforce, and Generative AI roadmaps, providing advice to stakeholders regarding adoption decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivering enterprise technology solutions.

• A minimum of 4 years in roles such as Solution Architect, AI Architect, Technical Lead, or Lead Consultant.

• Ability to transition seamlessly between client-facing consultative roles and internal product/core-team collaboration.

• Demonstrated success in architecting production LLM/AI systems.

• Strong judgment on the appropriate use of RAG, embeddings, or vector search.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, environment strategy, ALM, and enterprise-level governance.

• Proven experience in designing and deploying agent/copilot solutions to production within the last 12 to 18 months using tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agentforce, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

• Practical experience with Python, including FastAPI and SQLAlchemy.

• Integration experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, and ERPs.

• Comfort with full-stack development.

• A working understanding of enterprise Generative AI, grounding, LLM limitations, prompt evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop design.

• Experience in conducting discovery sessions and facilitating technical workshops with business and executive stakeholders.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above, verified).

• Microsoft or Salesforce certifications are desirable.

• Experience with real-time/voice AI systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial automation, or HR/recruiting technology is advantageous.

• Experience with IFS ERP is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks or international regulations is a plus.

• Prior fractional, advisory, or management consulting experience is a plus.
