AI Solutions Engineer – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance to customers and prospects throughout the entire requirements process.

• Address inquiries regarding models and architectures, demonstrating their practical advantages.

• Lead use-case workshops in collaboration with both business and IT departments.

• Assess use cases based on their impact and feasibility, and establish a comprehensive roadmap.

• Develop demos and prototypes.

• Recommend appropriate solution architectures for future implementation.

• Respond to questions concerning data privacy, security, and compliance.

• Clarify standards and requirements associated with GDPR, data processing agreements, and the EU AI Act.

• Collaborate with the appropriate colleagues when dealing with complex requirements.

• Transition responsibilities to Delivery and Engineering teams while remaining accessible as the technical point of contact throughout the implementation phase.

• Create reusable materials, architecture blueprints, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

• Provide market insights back to the company to influence the development of future AI products and platform components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions engineering position.

• Experience in managing relationships at the C-level.

• Familiarity with Python or TypeScript.

• Expertise in working with APIs and MCPs.

• Ideally, hands-on experience in creating AI prototypes.

• Knowledge of LLMs, agent architectures, and RAG approaches, including their limitations.

• Understanding of cloud and network architectures, and the differences between cloud and on-premises data.

• Acquainted with IT security and data privacy regulations for enterprise B2B SaaS and AI solutions.

• Strong presentation abilities and the capacity to bridge the gap between technology and business.

• Initial skills in product management.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language (C2 level).

• Fluent in English with a business-proficient level.
