This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Review and prioritize incoming requests for AI workflows and tools from PAR business units.
• Evaluate feasibility, complexity, risk, technical pathways, tooling methods, and delivery schedules.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders regarding scope, dependencies, and IT prerequisites.
• Maintain an intake tracker and update the VP and stakeholder teams on progress.
• Act as the main technical liaison between the AI Enablement and IT and Enterprise Systems teams.
• Ensure alignment on production readiness, security assessments, and infrastructure needs for AI deployments.
• Convert business use cases into detailed technical specifications.
• Identify and escalate obstacles while coordinating resolution timelines.
• Design and create governed AI workflows utilizing approved PAR tools.
• Develop and uphold system prompts, Skills, and Knowledge file structures.
• Build and oversee MCP server integrations and API-layer tools.
• Maintain PAR's SharePoint Skills and Prompts Library.
• Validate AI models and feature releases against PAR use cases.
• Create lightweight internal AI applications and tools designed for citizen coding.
• Enhance and sustain existing internal tools, including the PAR Product Guide, AI-assisted workflows, and custom agents.
• Document tools, integrations, and configurations for both IT and business stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance standards for data management, access controls, and audit trails.
• Engage in the development of AI policies in collaboration with IT, Legal, Security, Internal Audit, and the VP of AI Enablement.
• Provide technical status updates on ongoing builds and release schedules.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Azure AI, or similar.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or API integration.
• Experience in prompt engineering, including system prompt architecture, knowledge files, and instructional design.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical business audiences.
• Strong project management skills and capability in intake triage.
• Experience collaborating with IT governance or enterprise architecture teams is preferred.
• Preferred experience in citizen development or low-code tools, including Copilot in GitHub.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or multi-business-unit enterprise settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and data classification standards is preferred.
• Ability to work during EST hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required in the application process.
• Base salary range of $140K–$160K.
