AI Social Media Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

• Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, images, and copy.

• Utilize AI to generate and edit images and videos based on brand assets and references.

• Design workflows that connect AI agents with creation, publishing, and analytics tools.

• Work with MCP, APIs, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.

• Manage and execute the editorial calendar.

• Analyze results and leverage data to enhance content.

• Identify trends and new formats.

• Assist in building an increasingly automated and scalable content production system.

• Document prompts, workflows, and processes to ensure the system remains within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced and regular use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.

• Proven experience in creating content with AI.

• Ability to deliver completed pieces, not just prompts or ideas.

• Experience with image and video generation/editing tools like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Magnific, Sora, Veo, Grok, Nano Banana, or equivalents.

• Capability to create vertical videos and short-form content.

• Strong creative judgment and brand sensitivity.

• Knowledge of copywriting for social media.

• Native Spanish speaker with working proficiency in English.

• A self-sufficient, creative, and practical individual.

• Portfolio showcasing content projects, campaigns, generative images or videos, automations, agents, workflows, or content production systems; the portfolio is valued more than the degree or years of experience.

• Desirable qualifications: experience with MCP, APIs, Make, Zapier, or n8n; experience building automated agents or workflows; experience managing brands' Instagram or TikTok accounts; experience working with Meta Business Manager; portfolio of AI-generated content; knowledge of analytics and social media metrics.
