AI Sales Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the US region, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to define, demonstrate, and align the CM.com portfolio, including AI Agents, with customer requirements.

• Spearhead technical exploration and solution design for prospective clients and existing customers.

• Convert business needs into tangible, credible CM.com implementations.

• Mentor and empower colleagues and partners through training sessions, playbooks, and hands-on assistance.

• Represent the field's perspective to Product and Engineering by highlighting trends from discussions with customers and partners.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency by experimenting, automating, and sharing best practices with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles.

• Preferably with experience in AI, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms.

• Proficient hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based products.

• Capable of articulating the business value of AI/LLM in straightforward language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven history of conducting effective demos, technical explorations, and training sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers.

• Fluent in English.

• Residing on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

• Actively engaging with the latest AI models and products to enhance work processes.
