AI Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Directly engage with prospects through ride-alongs to understand their everyday operations.

• Showcase customer workflows within Resolve to demonstrate how their requirements are incorporated.

• Identify and articulate any discrepancies between customer needs and existing Resolve functionalities to the Product team.

• Manage the entire delivery process from demonstration to production.

• Oversee customer access, configuration, production setup, and ensure a successful go-live.

• Define genuine edge cases as clear, well-articulated deltas for the AI Engineering team.

• Enable customers to achieve 90–95% independence during the go-live process.

• Transition live customers to the account/adoption team for continued relationship management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in fields such as service operations, owned asset maintenance (utilities, offshore, manufacturing floor), or facility management.

• Knowledge of the distinctions between servicing third-party assets and maintaining one's own assets.

• Technical proficiency with ERP integrations, including understanding data fields, storage and usage implications, and functionality gaps.

• Capability to brief an AI engineer or configuration agent accurately without needing to write code.

• Comfort in engaging with prospects and fostering trust on-site, whether in plants or in the field.

• Ability to manage the delivery process for the duration needed to bring a customer live, followed by an effective handoff.

• Openness to visit customer sites to gain insights into their operations on the floor, in plants, or in the field.
