This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the product's economic performance, encompassing revenue, CAC, LTV, and overall profitability.
• Assist in defining the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with goals for acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Establish OKRs and monitor significant KPIs.
• Recognize bottlenecks in the funnel and convert them into prioritized experiments.
• Independently prototype and implement landing pages, signup flows, and modifications to checkout processes.
• Conduct A/B testing on pricing, conversion rates, and user experience.
• Leverage AI to expedite discovery, synthesize signals, and formulate hypotheses.
• Keep an eye on market, competitor, SEO, and SEM trends to adjust the value proposition accordingly.
• Lead both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
• Manage and refine the JIRA backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Facilitate product ceremonies with the engineering team, including refinement, planning, and review sessions.
• Maintain and update product documentation in Confluence or Notion.
• Enhance processes from discovery intake through to release and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Create automated workflows that enable scalability of output without increasing headcount.
• Proven experience managing B2C web products in a Product Manager role.
• Experience with subscription-based monetization models is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and growth dynamics.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with paid acquisition, SEO, or CRO teams.
• Practical experience managing backlogs, sprints, and documentation using JIRA or Azure DevOps, as well as Confluence or Notion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret data independently.
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization, particularly on high-traffic pages.
• Comfortable applying Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done, and conducting customer journey analysis.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI standards and accessibility practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly and structure stakeholder alignment based on commercial impact.
• Comfortable working in small, dynamic teams where roles may change, and speed is prioritized over structure.
