This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take full ownership of a web product from start to finish, which encompasses traffic, landing pages, signup and checkout processes, as well as the subscription model.
• Manage product revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall profitability.
• Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with goals for acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Establish OKRs and monitor relevant KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and convert them into prioritized experiments.
• Independently prototype and implement changes to landing pages, signup flows, and checkout processes.
• Conduct A/B testing related to pricing, conversion, and user experience.
• Leverage AI to expedite discovery, synthesize signals, and formulate hypotheses.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, SEO, and SEM, and adjust the value proposition accordingly.
• Lead both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
• Manage and refine the JIRA backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Facilitate product ceremonies with the engineering team, such as refinement, planning, and review sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation in Confluence or Notion.
• Enhance processes from the discovery phase through to release and post-launch evaluations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams while keeping stakeholders in the loop.
• Develop automated workflows to enhance output scalability.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for B2C web products.
• Experience with subscription-based monetization models is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and growth dynamics.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with paid acquisition, SEO, or conversion rate optimization teams.
• Familiarity with managing backlogs, sprints, and documentation using JIRA or Azure DevOps, as well as Confluence or Notion.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable extracting and interpreting data independently.
• Knowledge of tools like Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization on high-traffic pages.
• Comfortable with Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done, and customer journey analysis.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI standards and accessibility principles.
• Excellent structured communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in small, dynamic teams with fluid roles.
