This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to identify, document, and validate the scope, functionality, and usability requirements for software features.

• Convert discovery insights into user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and operational AI-generated prototypes.

• Manage client expectations regarding timelines for feature development, releases, and training sessions.

• Act as the product representative during demos, training sessions, and technical sales support activities.

• Utilize AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code platforms, and vibe coding techniques to create interactive prototypes.

• Showcase feature concepts to internal teams and customers through functional builds.

• Advocate for AI-enhanced workflows, which include prompt engineering, automated test case creation, and rapid documentation practices.

• Stay updated with AI tools and introduce high-value methodologies to the team.

• Manage and uphold the product backlog, incorporating user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and visual aids.

• Work closely with developers, QA, and design teams to ensure features are developed, tested, and delivered according to specifications and timelines.

• Communicate sprint advancements, milestones, risks, and obstacles effectively.

• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, including user manuals, in-app assistance, best-practice guides, and release notes.

• Develop internal specifications for features, process documentation, and onboarding resources.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a product-related role—product management, product development, or a combined builder/PM position.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to develop and launch functional prototypes.

• Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum methodologies: backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user story creation, and defining acceptance criteria.

• Experience in drafting functional requirements and detailed test cases within an Agile framework.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership typical of a small, growth-oriented company.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and standard SaaS collaboration tools.
