AI Outcomes Principal – AI Frontier Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery and requirement gathering sessions with client business stakeholders, converting operational challenges into structured briefs for swift prototyping.

• Leverage hands-on AI-enhanced experience to assist in the development of initial solutions.

• Create business cases and ROI models for AI investments to obtain executive approval and funding.

• Formulate and oversee delivery plans and prioritized pipelines for AI use cases.

• Manage the initial AI engagement lifecycle, from scoping and prioritization to delivering functional proof-of-concept.

• Collaborate with Frontier Solutions Engineers to integrate client data assets with LLM capabilities, assess feasibility, and design solution strategies.

• Promote working prototypes to non-technical executives and transition successful prototypes to engineering teams for production scaling.

• Foster the adoption of AI technologies and develop operational patterns within client environments.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices in alignment with governance, industry, and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Professional Services (PS), technology consulting, or a strategic client-facing delivery role.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Technical intuition: ability to understand code prototypes, including reading Python, recognizing API structures, and comprehending technical logic.

• Strong capability to develop commercial business cases, delivery roadmaps, and project pipelines that lead to long-term customer relationships.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conducting workshops, managing stakeholder interviews, and engaging effectively with both C-suite and developers.

• Experience in delivering solutions within financial services, insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated environments, showcasing a strong quality and compliance mindset.

• One or more Microsoft professional AI certifications: AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, AB-730 AI Business Professional, AB-731 AI Transformation Leader, or AB-900 Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals.
