AI Orchestrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and assist a software engineering team utilizing AI-driven development practices.

• Take charge of an initial project mission and scope, transforming it into a precise, actionable delivery plan.

• Oversee delivery for small, fixed-scope software engineering projects.

• Maintain visibility and control over priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Create and present project status reports to technical stakeholders.

• Serve as a professional liaison between business/client stakeholders and a high-velocity engineering team.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment of expectations and priorities.

• Identify and communicate delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and changes in scope.

• Assist the engineering team in sustaining momentum while balancing client expectations with project goals.

• Operate with a significant degree of autonomy, adjusting plans and priorities as new information arises.

• Establish structure and clarity in dynamic environments, allowing the engineering team to concentrate on execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in business English, possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in managing or coordinating software engineering teams utilizing AI-driven development methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in owning and delivering project status reports to technical stakeholders.

• Background in project management for small, fixed-scope projects.

• Experience serving as a professional interface for business or client stakeholders within a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Proven capability to take an initial mission and scope, manage it end-to-end, and independently evolve it for yourself and your team.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, organization, and delivery management.

• Ability to work effectively in rapidly changing environments with evolving information and priorities.

• Nice to have: Experience in technology modernization projects.

• Nice to have: Experience in a client-facing role within an IT services or outsourcing company.
