AI Native Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Explore AI applications beyond the known use cases.

• Develop proposed ideas into functional proofs of concept.

• Deliver AI-first features from the initial concept to launch.

• Focus on agent-first approaches instead of retrofitting AI onto existing tools.

• Collaborate across Product & Tech with guidance from the engineering team.

• Work together with engineers, product managers, and designers to implement solutions.

• Define and shape this newly established role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or a related technical field.

• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Cursor.

• Familiarity with agentic workflows and concepts like MCP.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.

• A portfolio, open-source contributions, or projects to discuss.

• Proficient in English.

• History of open-source contributions (preferred).

• Experience in building with agentic frameworks or MCP beyond simply following a tutorial (preferred).

• Exposure to Google Cloud (preferred).

• Must reside in Poland, Spain, or the UK.
