AI-Native Go-to-Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI-native startups, scaleups, and labs to comprehend their objectives, strategies, and both technical and business requirements.

• Define and implement high-value solutions that meet customer needs.

• Serve as an ambassador for AI-native companies within developer communities, cloud partners, solution providers, and enterprises.

• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Solution Architects, Business Development, engineering, and go-to-market teams across various regions to stimulate demand for NVIDIA AI platforms.

• Articulate the customer value proposition effectively.

• Lead a virtual team comprising technical, business, and marketing resources from NVIDIA and business partners.

• Develop partner and customer references along with case studies.

• Identify and cultivate emerging use cases to create new opportunities.

• Participate in industry events to represent NVIDIA and engage with the ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a prestigious University, along with a Master’s/MBA or substantial experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, including exposure to AI Natives, startups, scaleups, and labs ecosystems.

• Ability to quantify market opportunities, develop strategies, define initiatives and outcomes, and coordinate resources effectively.

• Proficiency in analyzing and segmenting market opportunities and creating strategic business plans.

• In-depth understanding of the AI industry, particularly in business development and promoting the adoption and growth of technology-based solutions in generative and agentic AI.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, executives, external partners, customers, and content developers.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA's complete stack architecture encompassing software, servers, and cloud.

• A strong network of contacts within existing and emerging AI Native startup and research communities is preferred.

• Good understanding of the broader regional AI ecosystem is preferred.

• Experience in machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence is preferred.

• Possess an innovative and creative mindset while adhering to operational processes.
