AI-Native Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at DACH clients.

• Document functional and business requirements in a clear and organized manner.

• Align requirements with Oper's product, pinpointing out-of-the-box features, configuration necessities, and engineering demands.

• Convert business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Assess technical API documentation from core banking systems, CRMs, and online banking platforms.

• Collaborate with Oper engineering to identify and define integration points.

• Document data flows, contracts, and edge cases thoroughly.

• Advise on immediate versus later integration priorities.

• Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys within the Oper platform.

• Validate configurations against the agreed scope and conduct acceptance testing.

• Facilitate training sessions for end users and customer champions.

• Assist customers through the go-live phase and early adoption, then transition support to Customer Success.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline documentation, draft specifications, summarize workshops, enhance analysis, and automate processes.

• Identify areas where AI enhances productivity and design workflows accordingly.

• Contribute to the development of an AI-native delivery function.

• Report to the Head of Customer Success and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Travel to Antwerp regularly, approximately quarterly, and to DACH clients as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting (Big-4, boutique strategy/tech, or implementation consulting).

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Capable of transforming complex customer discussions into clear documents, frameworks, and actionable next steps.

• Enjoy engaging with customers and end-users, particularly in workshop settings.

• Comfortable reading API documentation, grasping integration patterns, and configuring software.

• No coding skills needed, but should not shy away from technical tasks.

• AI-native mindset with practical experience utilizing AI tools and workflows.

• Results-driven and able to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.

• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with the European mortgage market or broader financial services is a plus.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configurations is an advantage.

• Background working with banks or lenders as clients is a bonus.

• Based in the DACH region.
