AI Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms.

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for automated environment provisioning.

• Provision and enhance production environments throughout the development pipeline to ensure high availability, performance, cost-effectiveness, and security.

• Execute and oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments, primarily utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee uptime across production systems.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application needs.

• Manage compute, storage, networking, application services, and database cloud resources across various environments.

• Implement security best practices, manage access controls, and adhere to compliance standards.

• Automate scaling, backup, and disaster recovery plans.

• Continuously optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOps engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

• Proficient in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).

• Experience with Docker containerization and deploying microservices.

• Proven experience in provisioning and managing scalable production-grade applications.

• Familiarity with Application Services (App Services, Load Balancers, APIs, etc.).

• Strong grasp of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Solid Linux/system administration skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with IAM, RBAC, and cloud security models (Azure AD, AWS IAM).

• Familiarity with secrets management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and security scanning tools.

• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.

• Strong preference for experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/Architect, or Terraform Associate.

• Experience with multi-cloud environments and strategies for cost optimization.
