This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee large-scale and highly intricate infrastructure design projects across various data halls or regions.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards, design methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Deliver technical leadership for significant infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion endeavors.
• Guide senior engineers and spearhead technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Evaluate and endorse critical infrastructure designs and engineering choices.
• Promote innovation and continuous enhancement in data center design processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership teams on capacity planning, strategic roadmap formulation, and operational planning.
• Manage high-priority escalations and offer expert-level troubleshooting assistance.
• Support vendor assessments, technical evaluations, and architecture governance procedures.
• Lead multiple teams, programs, or highly strategic initiatives.
• Manage enterprise-scale and mission-critical projects.
• Shape technical direction and organizational standards.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and architecture at an expert level.
• Over 10 years of industry experience showcasing proven technical leadership.
• Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Relevant certifications are preferred (CCNA, PMP, Autodesk, ITIL, etc.).
