AI Infrastructure DC Design Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain data hall layouts and infrastructure with medium complexity.

• Execute rack elevations, cable routing designs, and conduct power and space planning tasks.

• Perform infrastructure assessments and suggest enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during implementation and deployment phases.

• Resolve design conflicts and aid in troubleshooting issues.

• Ensure that design documentation adheres to both company policies and industry standards.

• Assist in tracking project delivery timelines and milestones.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and review fundamental design work.

• Operate independently on moderately complex projects.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and technical standards.

• Manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and design standards.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data center or telecom infrastructure environments.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and creating infrastructure documentation.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
