This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Create and sustain medium-complexity layouts and infrastructure designs for data halls.
• Execute rack elevations, design cable routing, and engage in power and space planning tasks.
• Carry out infrastructure evaluations and suggest enhancements for better efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment efforts.
• Resolve design conflicts and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure that design documentation adheres to company policies and industry standards.
• Support project delivery schedules and track milestones.
• Aid in mentoring junior engineers and review fundamental design work.
• Operate independently on moderately complex projects.
• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and technical standards.
• Manage multiple simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and design standards.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data center or telecom infrastructure settings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and documentation of infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
