AI Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify growth opportunities across various products, websites, app stores, content, job boards, and the funnel leading to premium conversion.

• Analyze market trends, platforms, target audiences, segments, markets, growth channels, and competitors.

• Evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities, presenting shortlists to the team.

• Independently build and publish landing pages, tests, and campaign assets utilizing AI.

• Set up, analyze, and refine A/B tests across websites, app stores, and other platforms.

• Continuously optimize app store screenshots, icons, titles, and descriptions.

• Acquire new users and collaborate with the Product team to evaluate audiences and channels based on lifetime value (LTV).

• Enhance signup and activation flows in the initial funnel.

• Craft headlines, ad copy, video scripts, billboard concepts, and other messaging.

• Develop AI content projects, brand-building initiatives for job boards, and out-of-home campaigns.

• Create a global love brand for both B2C and B2B, shaping StudySmarter’s visual identity and voice.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, Product team, and founding team, without responsibilities for people or product management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong AI skills and daily experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools, along with agents and automation.

• Capability to independently build and launch your own pages, tools, and workflows.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.

• Self-motivated, independent, and highly execution-oriented.

• Strong numerical acumen and the ability to utilize funnel and analytics tools independently and assess tests.

• An eye for design; familiarity with Figma is preferred.

• Basic understanding of paid marketing, SEO, and lifecycle marketing.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Own demonstrable projects such as websites, tools, content, or side projects.

• Submit your CV and links to AI projects you have owned or led.

• Be ready to showcase something you created with AI within the last three months.
