AI Engineering Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Drive and contribute to shaping the AI Engineering strategy that underpins the company's consumer AI initiatives.

• Lead various multidisciplinary engineering teams in developing AI-driven solutions.

• Establish best practices for AI-centric product development, incorporating evaluation frameworks, testing sets, search systems, observability, and AI-oriented CI/CD processes.

• Assess and implement open-source and commercial tools for MCP Servers, agent-to-agent communication, workflow orchestration, and AI development ecosystems.

• Empower teams to create AI experiences that include streaming interactions, long-running workflows, procedural UX, and intelligent automation.

• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture that emphasizes growth and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and foster long-term innovation.

• Make architectural decisions that impact multiple markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of post-degree experience in software engineering.

• More than 7 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing Agile engineering teams.

• At least 2 years of experience delivering significant, large-scale machine learning or AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated experience in building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based architectures.

• Capability to influence and collaborate across technical, product, and business domains.

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python, LangSmith, OpenAI, Gemini, Databricks, and modern agent frameworks.
